Kryssy leverages her extensive background in culinary arts and aged care operations. Prior to her current role, Kryssy worked with Compass Group, managing large-scale foodservice operations. Her experience also included time at Unilever, where she honed her skills in business development and client relations in Foodservice.
Kryssy's career journey includes significant operational leadership roles with Lime Catering, further solidifying her expertise in catering and event management. Kryssy's culinary career began as a Chef in the New Zealand Defence Force where she served for nine years, an experience that contributed to her disciplined approach and ability to perform under pressure.
