People & Culture Reviews

As well as providing outcourced HR services, RiseUp's People Specialists provide support to your existing HR team, because a second set of eyes is sometimes exactly what we all need.

Our HR Specialists can visit your organisation and review your current HR function through conducting an internal HR review. From there, we make recommendations in the form of a prioritised action plan that outlines the opportunities and how to create success and engage your team. 

This action plan is then implemented internally and executed by your HR team or forms the basis of a RiseUp HR Specialist  assisting with the implementation.
