Nikki specialises in leader, sales, and customer service coaching and mentoring, focusing particularly on front-of-house and customer-facing teams. Her approach is centered on maximising organisational abilities and fostering a genuine desire for success without relying on aggressive sales tactics. Nikki's methods are tailored to various sectors including FMCG, Retail, Liquor, Health, Institutions, and Aged Care.

Nikki had a significant tenure with Avis Budget Group, where she served in key leadership positions, including National Sales Performance Manager. 

Nikki's career also includes experience in the airline industry, having worked as a Manager in the Qantas First Class Lounge. This diverse background in hospitality and travel gives Nikki a comprehensive understanding of customer service excellence across different sectors.
