About Us
Our Story
RiseUp began with a simple yet profound insight. Our founders, Brett Boyle and Phil Boss recognised that commercial success takes more than just a relationship and 'being there', it takes strong leadership and sales, marketing, operational excellence and strategy.
They understood the intricate dance between departments is often fraught with tension and yet how each function is vital to growth and long-term viability. This realisation, coupled with their Foodservice expertise kicked off our business, focusing on Sales and Leader Coaching. We started coaching sales and leadership teams, as well proudly developing the brand for Australian Institutional food manufacturers, Hubfoods, launching it into market.
Through the relationship with Hubfoods, RiseUp was introduced to the Aged Care channel, where we saw a real need to assist organisations in streamlining their food supply chain. As we expanded this reach, we evolved into a comprehensive Foodservice consultancy, specifically focusing on food. This covers all aspects from procurement, operational oversight, through to menus, staff training and most importantly the aged care resident dining experience. Today, put simply, we specialise in Sales, Marketing, Operations & People in Foodservice & Hospitality.
