Jaclyn Edmonds is a dynamic foodservice sales and customer service professional whose career spans over 25 years across kitchens, field sales, and national service leadership. Working in our Outsourced Sales Programs (OSP) as a Sales Specialist for Real Dairy Australia, Jaclyn brings a rare combination of hands-on culinary expertise, deep foodservice sales experience, and a proven ability to lead high-performing customer service operations.

Jaclyn's career began in hospitality, where she spent over 13 years as a Head Chef across cafés, bistros, fine dining restaurants, and catering venues, giving her an authentic, ground-level understanding of what chefs and hospitality operators truly need.

 

She has worked in foodservice sales with St George Foodservice, Daily Fresh Food Service, and Tip Top Bakeries, with her last role as Central Sales & Service Team Leader.​ Throughout these roles, she has consistently implemented process improvements, coached and developed teams, and strengthened communication across sales, operations, and production.

 

Jaclyn's career is defined by her ability to connect with customers at every level. Her understanding of foodservice, combined with her expertise in account management, service leadership, and relationship building, makes her an exceptional Sales Specialist and a highly valued member of our OSP team and a trusted partner for Real Dairy Australia.
