P&C Reviews
RiseUp review HR Programs and identifies opportunities in existing processes and procedures. Most organisations have basic HR processes that are outsourced or sometimes managed internally by someone who isn't necessarily skilled in all aspects of HR. We consolidate processes and identify gaps and areas of priority.
RiseUp focuses on key areas of the "Life of the Employee," including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. We review Workplace Health and Safety, Workers Compensation Management, Employee Relations, and Payroll Compliance, working closely with Leadership Teams to gather all relevant information. This creates a clear roadmap for strengthening your P&C foundations and ensures compliance and efficiency.
P&C Program Development

P&C Program Delivery
RiseUp can implement and monitor People & Culture Programs that we have developed. This can commence with training and support of staff that will be involved in the future, as well as line managers and supervisors. We do this so that there is a seamless transition from current processes. We also monitor progress, gather feedback and adjust where and if required.
This means necessary adjustments to address any challenges or unforeseen issues. RiseUp evaluate program effectiveness by measuring predefined KPIs and metrics and analyse and identify areas for improvement and optimisation, making necessary modifications and updates to align the program with changing organisational needs and industry best practices.
Professional Development
RiseUp provides continuous professional development “on the job” by our People Specialists. The ongoing upskilling ensures the practical learnings and processes developed are embedded across the business. RiseUp assesses designated People & Culture Team members to understand their strengths, areas for development, and career aspirations. This is achieved through one-on-one discussions, self-assessment, and feedback from leaders and colleagues (if required). We work collaboratively and set specific objectives such as developing leadership skills, mastering HR processes and best practices, or enhancing strategic thinking abilities. It’s also important that we highlight qualifications for the team that should be attained by the People Team to support them in carrying out their roles. Mentoring program are carried out face to face and online and involve all aspects of the People & Culture Program.
