Rebecca is an experienced foodservice and hospitality professional who is one of RiseUp’s amazing Sales Specialists. With a career spanning over 20 years, Rebecca has developed a diverse skill set that combines culinary expertise, customer service, and sales management.

 

Rebecca works with our Outsourced Sales Program (OSP) partner at Hubfoods, producers of texture modified food solutions for the aged care and health care sectors. Rebecca is responsible for managing and developing end-user Foodservice customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing day-to-day problem-solving support.

 

Prior to joining RiseUp, Rebecca spent 11 years with PFD Food Services, where she progressed from Telesales Team Leader to a NSW Sales Support Leader for Institutional Health contracts. This experience provided her with in-depth knowledge of the foodservice distribution sector and a strong understanding of the unique needs of institutional clients.

 

Rebecca's most important role in her career was where she began - as a Chef and perfected her skills and future career path. Rebecca worked as Head Chef at Camden Valley Inn and was a Chef at prestigious Aria Sydney, part of the Solotel group. These roles honed her culinary skills and gave her valuable insights into kitchen operations and menu development.

 

Rebecca's unique blend of culinary expertise, customer service skills, and sales acumen makes her a valuable asset in the foodservice industry. Her career trajectory showcases her adaptability and commitment to delivering high-quality food solutions across various sectors of the hospitality and foodservice industries.
