​George Miliankos is a seasoned hospitality operator with over 20 years of experience owning, managing, and scaling high-performing food and beverage businesses across Australia and the United Kingdom. Working in our Outsourced Sales Programs (OSP) as a Sales Specialist for Real Dairy Australia, George brings an operator's mindset and firsthand understanding of what it takes to run a successful hospitality business, making him uniquely positioned to connect with clients and customers at a level that goes far beyond traditional sales.

George's career spans café ownership, multi-site operations management, and wholesale business development across Melbourne and London. Building thriving cafés and successful corporate catering before taking his expertise to the UK where he led operations at Brew and Brickwood Coffee & Bread in London. Returning to Australia, George owned and operated Phil's Bakehouse & Café in Northcote in Melbourne for a decade.
