From Head Chef to
Aged Care Catering Leader

Our program is designed for Chef Managers and Head Chefs leading catering operations in Aged Care. Building on the Catering Assistant and Chef/Cook programs, it adds the management competencies needed at a senior level, covering catering department responsibilities, food ordering and supply chain, portion control and nutritional requirements, and advanced audit preparation for Standard 6. Participants can also receive a one-hour support session during facility audits when needed. The program covers:

Our program will ensure Chef Managers & Head Chefs can manage and develop staff, managing supply chains, ordering from suppliers and control inventory and budgets, navigate auditing, nutrition quality compliance and general leadership in the kitchen and front of house.
