Kryssy Turpie
Operations Support Specialist

Kryssy is a seasoned culinary and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in Foodservice, people leadership and development. Kryssy has been with RiseUp since 2021, commencing her journey as an Operations Specialist & Chef.

Kryssy leverages her extensive operations and culinary background along with aged care operations to support our team internally as well as our Aged Care clients. Prior to joining RiseUp, Kryssy worked with Compass Group, managing large-scale foodservice operations. Her experience also included Unilever, where she honed her skills in business development and client relations in Foodservice.

 

Kryssy's career journey includes significant operational leadership roles with Lime Catering, further solidifying her expertise in catering and event management. Kryssy's career began as a Chef in the New Zealand Defence Force where she served for nine years, an experience that contributed to her disciplined approach and ability to perform under pressure.

Kryssy's expertise in coaching and mentoring, combined with her ability to drive change and optimise processes, makes her a valuable asset to RiseUp and our clients, and her approach focuses on practical, hands-on solutions, contributing to staff retention and organisational growth.
