Taleen Derewianka is a passionate sales and customer service professional with over 20 years of experience spanning telesales, reservations, account management, and client relationship building across a diverse range of industries. Working in our Outsourced Sales Programs (OSP) as an Account Manager for Real Dairy Australia, Taleen's extensive background allows her to leverage her transferable skills to drive revenue growth and build lasting partnerships with clients.

Taleen started her career working in front of house hospitality before moving into sales and at leading organisations including Flight Centre and Penguin Cars. Her expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing reservations, and upselling solutions for problems makes her one of our valued Sales Specialists.

 

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional ability in liaising with wholesalers and external clients, exceeding monthly KPIs, and delivering day-to-day problem-solving that ensures customer satisfaction.
